This photo is of my Chakra Vyuha labyrinth at San Damiano Retreat on World Labyrinth Day, 2024. Over 150 people participated in the walk. I store this labyrinth in a large IKEA duffle bag for travel.
Podcasting Tools
I record Jump Start Your Joy at my desk using a Shure MV7X XLR Microphone (pictured), on a Thinkpad L13 Yoga, which I plug into a larger monitor. Recordings with guests are captured on Zencastr in video and audio, and I proudly edit in Descript, and host my show on Libsyn. When doing voice over or voice only work, I use Audacity which is a free tool.
