You’ll get three months to work together, and we’ll dive into setting a focus for our time together, and you’ll get to look at your values, set a personal mission statement, and then begin working on making true change that sticks, with real, noticeable impact on your life after our six sessions.

– One hour on the phone, twice a month

– A recording of all of our calls for you to review and keep

You and me for an hour. We tackle one topic, and you gain some clarity. Depending on the topic, you may experience an a-ha moment on the call, or you may gain insight as to what is going on for you, and experience a slower awakening with whatever we unveil.

– One hour on the phone, together
– Pre-Session questionnaire for you to fill out before we meet
– A recording of the call for you to keep and refer back to
– A follow up note with key take-aways and any practices that come out of our time together
